Kudos to Patrick for his excellent customer service! I had sent in my father's 1950's era self-winding Rolex for servicing when it had started to run out of gas and wind down fairly quickly, despite frequent wearing and winding. I must admit I used it hard in the 25 years since I've had it and after having it serviced when I first received it, I only had it done one other time by a clock repair shop where the guy "dabbled" in watches as well. Patrick and his team worked on it, replaced the spring, and sent it back looking beautiful and running well. But after several months it seemed to me that it wasn't lasting as long as it used to and I talked with Patrick about it; he could tell I wasn't satisfied, so he asked me to send it back to him to take a look. After doing so, he told me the mechanism was really quite worn out and since I knew that I had not been easy on it (often operated power tools while wearing it), I was fine with his explanation. But he re-serviced it again, put yet another new spring on it, wore it himself during the day so he could see how it kept the power and how it would self-wind, and then sent it back to me with a winding box to use at night that he supplied for free. He went way beyond what he needed to do and as a result, he has a customer for life. Plus the watch is working great and keeping it's power so much better - thanks Patrick!
My watch is still working more than 5 years after repairs.
My fathers 1953 Omega was a solid piece of rust.
After searching for more than 20 years, I was told by many jewelers & the Omega people that the watch was not repairable.
Patrick and his team did an amazing restoration. They are competent, honest and the work is reliable. HIGHLY recommended.
