- After you fill out the form we will review your information and contact you
- Next step is for you to send us your timepiece at

- Once we receive your timepiece we will contact you upon its arrival, at this point you can speak with a watchmaker and ask for special request and/or ask any questions you may have about your timepiece.
- Following 1-7 days of your watch arriving we will send you a detailed estimate which you can customize by choosing the aesthetics you want and do not want. Swiss Watchmakers takes pride in allowing the customer in choosing what they want on their timepiece.
- Upon your approval of the estimate we will send you a Paypal invoice which you can pay using your paypal account or your credit/debit card. After receiving your payment we will begin work on your timepiece.
- As we work on your timepiece you are free to contact us asking on progress of your watch. Watch repairs generally take 4 weeks. When your timepiece is completed we will contact you once again to confirm your address and ship your watch out to you via Fed-Ex 2 day insured for the value of the watch.
- When you receive your timepiece you are free to review our work via phone call, email or even letter.
