Audemars Piguet have followed up on the recent collaboration with jeweler Carolina Bucci back in 2016. The timepiece released was the Royal Oak Frosted Gold featuring 37mm and 33mm versions in both white and rose gold. As a follow up AP have introduced a 41mm version and series of new dial colors for the original models. Fast forwarding to the present, AP is introducing a limited edition 37mm version in yellow gold (for the first time) paired with a mirrored dial.

“When I was considering this new watch, I wanted to create a dynamic contrast of surfaces and settled on the idea of taking the tapisserie dial in the opposite direction towards pure reflection,” says Carolina Bucci.

Many people had mixed reviews about the first Frosted Gold Royal Oak. In my opinion the frosted gold gives the AP a nice texture which looks great on the wrist. Although some people may have not liked the first version, this new limited edition version is newly updated and improved. The mirrored dial adds more heat to this timepiece selling at $53,600.
